Our company does not take back any type of fish sold.
Eligibility:
- If the wrong fish is delivered, it will be refunded (must be in intact condition within 30 minutes of delivery, fish packet must be sealed).
- If the fish is bad, then it is returned (within 60 minutes of delivery, must be in intact condition, there must be a full video of opening the fish packet, cannot be edited in any way)
To Be Eligible For A Return, The Item Must Be Unused And In The Same Condition As Received. It Must Also Be In The Original Packaging along with a video while tearing the original seal of the Package.
